healthy life

This is from my personal experience. I have a tips for us to get a healthier life.
  1. Don't eat to much if you see a delicious food.
  2. Don't drink alcohol and smoking.
  3. Do a exercise at a gym at least 4 days a week.
  4. Don't sleep to late at night.
  5. Control your self to a doctor.
